It is recommended that Harbor Fest patrons utilize the free remote parking sites offered by the event organizers on Saturday and Sunday. Two lots adjacent to the Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park will be designated with “Charleston Harbor Fest Remote Parking” signs and free shuttle buses will run from these locations directly to the event sites. The Joe is located at 360 Fishburne Street in Charleston.
Four City of Charleston garages are offering a $5 daily flat rate for parking on Friday, Saturday and Sunday:
South Carolina Aquarium
Gaillard Auditorium
East Bay/Prioleau Street
Visitor Center Garage on Meeting Street

Shuttle Buses
Free shuttle buses will run from the free remote parking lots at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park on Saturday and Sunday. Free shuttle buses will also run Friday-Sunday from the paid parking ($5 flat rate all day) at the Visitor’s Center on Meeting Street. Shuttle buses will also run between the Charleston Maritime Center and the Union Pier Passenger Terminal event locations. The other garages are within walking distance to the event sites. All shuttle buses will have signs in the window indicating that they are servicing the Charleston Harbor Fest event and will begin running 30 minutes before the event begins each day and run 30 minutes after the event’s closing time.
